A4e Work desired to introduce closer co-operation between employees and senior management for the benefit of everyone in this large multi-site services business

PHS Consulting were commissioned to prepare proposals and submit a bid under the DTI’s Partnership at Work program, a competitive funding scheme to promote collaboration. A4e was one of the very few purely private sector bids awarded in a fierce contest.

As a result partnership concepts are well underway to being implemented with the full support and participation of all stakeholders.
