Privacy Notice – PHS Consulting Ltd
PHS Consulting collects information for the purposes of maintaining contact with people who have interacted with PHS Consulting. Information is taken from emails voluntarily sent to PHS Consulting or captured from messages and phone calls to a mobile device or fixed line telephone. We will use this information for the conduct of commissioned work or for marketing and business development purposes. Information is stored in contact databases. We may use a third party service to synchronise contact lists between different devices. We do not sell contact information. We do use email and email addresses including open ‘To’ and ‘Cc’ fields so email addresses may be disclosed to third parties. Information may be retained in our internal project records in which case it may be shared with associates working with us on such projects to the extent reasonably required for project execution. We retain information indefinitely. Complaints and requests to remove contact information should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Information may be stored using cloud services for accessibility and data security. Access to such services is limited to staff and two factor authentication is used where it is available.
PHS Consulting maintains information about its employees and associates for the sole purpose of administration and compliance with legal obligations. The information collected is the minimum required for statutory compliance. It is stored by ourselves and our payroll provider to the extent necessary for payroll administration. Certain information is also provided to government agencies such as HMRC and the Pensions Regulator. Banking information is stored by our bank to enable us to make online payments.
It is our policy to cooperate with law enforcement or legal action including through the provision of information.
